At Humaiyra Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded box and protective packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
